Where Vaakchaturya services are being provided through an agreement, the retention and disposal of records will be governed by the client agreement.

Our supplier being the service provider via Mobiles, For this website and therein being the custodian of information will be liable for the management of the following:

  2. Appropriate retention and disposal of personal information
  3. Appropriate storage of personal information




13.  Pricing Policy: Our pricing is value based, and designed all the considering all the affordability, quality of service and the market strategies at the best possible price, It will help a graduate become more confident boosting his confidence and giving a good exposure.

 14. Cancellation policy information: Once subscribed there is no cancellation policy, as the service is offered through and can be availed from anywhere in the world and undergoing session will only help become better and better with time. 

  1. In situations where  the person is not in a position of not attending sessions, due to some sudden accidental situations management will have a proper co-ordination with them and then, process the cancellation within 10 to 15 days



 15. Refund Policy:

As Vaakchathurya  enterprises, we are very clear about our services the more you practice the better you utilize our sessions, however by taking one or two sessions if you start judging us, we recommend you to undergo at least 10 to 12 sessions that will give you a complete understanding. Due to any technical reason if our app is not operational in your device, we will try to resolve it from our technical team support, which is a little time consuming process and if we are not able to resolve it or taking more than a 15 days, we will refund your fee deducting the sessions you already availed within “10 to 15” working days.


  1. Refund will be done within 10 to 15 days after the request and thorough information verification
  2. Refund will be initiated if any Technical errors in the app, which cannot be resolved by us due to phone supporting issues.
  3. Will be refunded only for those who avail at least 10 sessions from 15 days package to 6 months and then making a request of refund.
  4. Final decision about the verifications will be of the management after proper verification.
  5. Other than any other cases which are not mentioned in the above cases, Finance department will take a decision


16. Your Consent

Please refer to the end of this policy for providing your consent. Your consent to personal data collection and processing may be revoked by notifying us via email (Refer to Section “Privacy Contact Information.”). For users below the age of 16, the consent should be provided by the holder of parental responsibility of the child.


Please note, in case you choose to not provide us with the consent or withdraw the consent at any given point of time, we shall not be able to provision the services as detailed in Section 4.2 of this policy.
